A Wayne County, Kentucky woman is facing drug charges in Cumberland County, Tennessee. Deputies pulled over a vehicle driven by 43-year-old Joy Marie Bartley of Monticello near Highway 127 and North Lowe Road yesterday for a registration violation. Bartley reportedly told officers she was on probation for a prior drug charge. A search of the vehicle allegedly revealed pills, meth and $460 in cash. Bartley was arrested for manufacture, sale and delivery of meth, simple possession of a Schedule II drug and possession of drug paraphernalia.
