A Cumberland County deputy pulled over a driver in a vehicle on Glade Creek Road yesterday for having an expired tag. A K-9 officer alerted the deputy of the odor of illegal drugs in the vehicle 33-year-old Katelyn Amber Webb of Sparta was operating. The deputy reportedly found drugs inside. Webb was arrested and charged with felony possession of meth and simple possession of marijuana.
