WELCH SENTENCED FOR METH MANUFACTURING
Ten years. That was the sentenced by an Anderson County court for a woman convicted of meth manufacturing. Kimberly Hughes Welch, age 51, was given 364 days with credit for time served and a release eligibility after she serves 75 percent. The rest of the time will be served on supervised probation. The conviction was based on a meth lab raid at an apartment on Tusculum Drive in Oak Ridge in 2016.
