Two people suspected of committing an aggravated burglary and assault at a White County home in Nov. of 2015 have been indicted by a Grand Jury. 23-year-old James Roy Weir allegedly broke into a home on Bon Air Mountain where he was observed taking items and even confronted an eye witness with a rifle. Authorities were able to collect enough evidence to implicate a co-defendant, 23-year-old Kacy Renee Davenport. Weir was taken into custody Oct. 20^th. Davenport is in the White County Jail on previous charges.
