A Cumberland County Grand Jury has indicted a Crossville man for sex crimes. Deputies took 42-year-old James Sherman Williams into custody yesterday on a capias for rape and incest. The sheriff’s office says the incident involved a minor. Williams was processed into the jail and initially placed under $200,000 bond. He will be arraigned in criminal court September 11, 2020.
