WILSON PLEADS GUILTY TO VEHICLE HOMICIDE IN DEATH OF MOTORCYCLIST

A Crossville woman was sentenced to prison yesterday for her involvement in a crash that claimed the life of a Morgan County man. Meghan E. Wilson, 37, was traveling south on Highway 127 in the Rinnie area of Cumberland County in May 2017 when she hit a Harley Davidson head-on. That crash claimed the life of the rider of the motorcycle, 46-year-old John V. Rowe, of Deer Lodge. Wilson was charged with vehicular homicide and DUI. In court yesterday, Wilson pleaded guilty to vehicular homicide and received 8 years to serve.
