A Cumberland Countian hurt in an ATV accident earlier this month has passed away from his injuries.

(Original story) – Medics responded to an ATV crash on Newton Road near Buck Ridge Road. The report states 20-year-old Lowell Scott Winningham of Crossville was traveling south when he ran off the asphalt and flipped over. He was flown by Lifeforce to Erlanger Medical Center.
