WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY FOR CUMBERLAND PLATEAU EXTENDED

The National Weather Service has extended the Winter Weather Advisory for the Cumberland Plateau. It now goes into effect at noon central today (Monday, November 30, 2020) and is scheduled to expire at 6 a.m. tomorrow morning (Tuesday, December 1, 2020) Official say 1 to 2 inches with up to 3 inches are possible in some areas. We can expect cold temperatures with wind chill in the teens tonight resulting in possible ice on roadways. Use caution if traveling during this advisory that includes the counties of:

CUMBERLAND, BLEDSOE, MORGAN, FENTRESS, PICKETT, OVERTON, PUTNAM, WHITE and VAN BUREN
