A Crossville woman is facing drug charges after being arrested outside of the Department of Children’s Service office Wednesday (September 13, 2017). According to the arrest report, 36-year-old Terri Ann Higgs of Crossville was allegedly sitting at a picnic table outside the building drinking alcohol. A search revealed syringes and a container that allegedly contained meth. Higgs was charged with possession of drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia.
