WOMAN CHARGED EXTRA $7,000 AFTER EATING IN A LOCAL DINER

A woman got a text message from her bank that her account was overdrawn. Upon investigating on this matter, she noticed she was charged an extra $7,000 from Hwy 55 Diner in Crossville. She had eaten there the week before and her bill totaled $42.31. However, was charged $7,042.31.

When confronting the manager she was offered $1,000 right away and free food and the rest of her money will be back in her account within 10 days. The woman stated this has happened to another person that she knows of.
