One person has been found dead in The Cash Saver Grocery Store restroom.  The store is former Piggly Wiggly on North Kentucky Street.  Kingston Police, Fire and EMS were dispatched to the store around 12:30 Friday afternoon.  According to Chief Gordon with the Kingston Fire Department, the elderly female  who resided on Buttermilk Road, had gone into the restroom and after  a few minutes was checked on by store staff.  After getting no response, the staff decided to make entry and found the woman unresponsive .  EMS responders indicated the woman’s death was most likely from natural causes, but it is still possible that an autopsy could be ordered .
