WOMAN INDICTED FOR VEHICULAR HOMICIDE

A Cumberland County woman was indicted by a grand jury this morning (Monday, October 16, 2017) for vehicular homicide, DUI and violation of the implied consent law. Court officials say 36-year-old Meghan Elizabeth Wilson chose to surrender her bond during a preliminary hearing back in July and was placed back into custody. Court officials say the indictments stem from a May 18, 2017 vehicle accident on Highway 127 North that claimed the life of 46-year-old John V. Rowe of Deer Lodge, Tennessee.
