WOMAN NOT INJURED AFTER MISSING IN MORGAN COUNTY CAMPING TRIP

A woman is recovering after she recently went missing near the Emory River in Oakdale. Morgan County authorities say Laura Blair got away from a campsite in the night time hours and wasn’t able to find her way back. The people at the camp site searched trails on foot and on ATV’s to no success in finding Blair. The authorities were then called to help with the search. The next morning, a Morgan County resident who lives next to the Emory River south of Oakdale hear a voice coming from the river. The resident found Blair and called for help. The Morgan County Sheriff’s Office, Morgan County Rescue Squad and medical first responders went to the scene. Blair was reportedly not injured in the incident.
