WOMAN ON OPANA TELLS POLICE ABOUT SPRINKLED CHEESE, EVIL GROUNDS

Well before dawn Sunday, Crossville city police were dispatched to remove an unwelcome woman from a home on Underwood Street. They found 43-year-old Sandra Anne Bryan of Crossville standing in the roadway, wet and shivering, with constricted pupils. She approached officers and began talking about sprinkled cheese, evil grounds and serving daddy, but would not answer any direct questions.

Officers asked whether she’d used any illegal substances; she said she had, but was reluctant to name it. She did admit to having taken angels dust from her God.

After multiple queries, she finally said she’d taken opana.

Police asked if she had other drugs in her possession. Bryan said she did, but wouldn’t say where.

Police were unable to find any additional drugs.

Bryan was arrested for public intoxication. At intake, officers found a small baggie of meth and an uncapped needle in Bryan’s back pocket. She was subsequently charged with felony possession of a controlled substance.
