The Crossville-Cumberland County Chamber of Commerce is undertaking a comprehensive analysis of the labor force in their 10-county area comprised of Bledsoe, Cumberland, Fentress, Morgan, Overton, Putnam, Rhea, Roane, Van Buren and White counties. Local residents and businesses are being asked to help with the analysis.

The study will include a labor supply survey, to be conducted among working-age people via brief personal interviews at numerous sites in the area.

This data will assist exsisting businesses in finding qualified workers, help workforce agencies match workers with jobs and training programs, and guide educators and other training providers in preparing the workforce for exsisting and emerging employment opprotunities.
