A 16-year-old male has been charged with a shooting that left one man injured in Roane County earlier this month. Kingston Police Chief Jim Washam told 105.7 News this afternoon that the juvenile turned himself in to the Clinton Police Department this morning. The shooting happened at Weigel’s on Gallaher Road. Officers say seven individuals got into a fight with a man who was later shot in the forearm. Chief Washam said the juvenile was transported to Knox County Juvenile Detention and he will be arraigned tomorrow morning in Knox County Juvenile Court.
