18-YEAR-OLD HITS LIGHT POLE AT REC PARK AFTER DOING MULTIPLE DONUTS
Crossville city officers were dispatched to the Rec Park on Friday for a driver of a vehicle doing donuts in the parking lot. While the officer was en route, another call came in stating the vehicle had collided with a light pole.
The driver of the vehicle was identified as 18-year-old Yocxander Munoz who stated he did not have a driver’s license. He told the officer that he pulled into the parking lot to turn around. He said while he was turning around, he lost control of the vehicle and struck the light pole.
However, a witness stated he did approximately six donuts before he lost control and hit the pole.
The driver did not want an accident report done. The only damage to the light pole was paint that was transferred from the vehicle.
Mr. Munoz was cited for reckless driving and not having a driver’s license.
