Walk into the lobby of the Crossville City Hall and you’ll be instantly transformed by all of the bright and sparkly Christmas decorations. The aroma of the season also filters through the building displaying the first annual City Gingerbread House Competition. The competition included all Cumberland County Schools (with help from the school nutrition dept) and the Cumberland County Board of Education, with the BOE taking First Place honors with their “Grinch” house. Second Place Winner was Pine View Elementary with Crab Orchard Elementary placing Third. You can see (and smell) the gingerbread houses at Crossville City Hall Mon-Fri from 7:30 AM- 4:30 PM.
