Devon Brown of Harriman walked into the Highway 27 Citgo in Harriman and bought a Tennessee Lottery $1 million Platinum Payout instant-game ticket earlier this week. He walked out one million dollars richer. Brown went to the lottery offices in Nashville, accompanied by his father and a cousin to claim his prize. Brown said he’ll invest his winnings and keep working at his job with a pest-control company.
