SUSPECT SOUGHT IN AGGRAVATED BURGLARY OF BLUEBIRD DRIVE HOME

Saturday night, Cumberland County deputies were dispatched to a home on Bluebird Drive for a burglary. The homeowners stated that when they returned home, they found picture frames and photos throughout the home broken and damaged. Photos of the man and his children were torn and punctured; but images of the woman and her children were untouched. The damaged photos were in the living room, kitchen and office.

A rear door to the home was found open, but the screen was shut.

All the dresser drawers had been rummaged through; in a 7-year-old child’s room, the dresser drawers had been gone through and decorative wooden letters taken from the wall.

Items missing include three thousand dollars in cash and a Smith & Wesson .40 caliber handgun.

There are three suspects in the burglary and an investigation is ongoing.
