Tuesday afternoon, Cumberland County deputies patrolling the area of Ozone Road on Highway 70 East initiated a traffic stop on 24-year-old Elias Vaughn Flynn; the deputies had prior knowledge that Flynn had no valid license.

Flynn was arrested without incident and charged with driving on a revoked license. He was placed under $500 bond and is due in court June 17.
