Deputies in Cumberland County recently pulled over a vehicle on Highway 70 East in Crab Orchard near Dollar General for the driver not wearing a seat belt. A consent search of the vehicle reportedly revealed a Dewalt Sawzall hidden under clothes in a basket. A check revealed the saw was reported stolen out of Crawford County, Missouri. Officers took 55-year-old William Ray Young of Crossville into custody for theft of property
