Crossville police responded to the Executive Inn near I-40 Saturday for a male in the parking lot with blood all over his face. Officers encountered 25-year-old Jacob Ryan Morales of LaSalle, Illinois who reportedly had a strong odor of alcohol coming from him. Witnesses said Morales got into a verbal argument with another man and proceeded to throw punches. He was arrested for public intoxication.
