A new return date of September 3, 2021 was set in Cumberland County Criminal Court today for 22-year-old Isaac Benjamin Carreras of Knoxville. A grand jury indicted him in October 2019 for rape of a child, rape and statutory rape. The incident reportedly took place in January 2018 involving a child less than 13 years old.
