(DEVELOPING STORY) – A physical altercation between multiple subjects on Allison Drive in Roane County this morning resulted in at least two LifeStar helicopters being called in to transport the injured. Initial reports indicate one individual sustained multiple stab wounds. Authorities are still on the scene investigating. More details will be released, including the names of those involved, at a later time.
