The Tennessee Highway Patrol and medics went to the scene of a recent vehicle crash in Cumberland County.

The report released today states a 2008 Chevy Silverado driven by a 16-year-old male was traveling on Genesis Road near Poplar Drive around 6 p.m. when he lost control in a curve.

The truck went off the road and struck an embankment.

The truck overturned and came to rest on its top in a driveway.

The teenager stated he possibly dozed off.

Troopers say the teen sustained injuries in the crash.
