On Wednesday at approximately 23:49 hours, Deputy Caleb Charles responded to the area of Village Lane for a report of a male wanting to fight the caller.

Upon arriving, Deputy Charles observed a group of intoxicated men pushing each other. The Deputy made contact with the men, identified as Jesus Avila Marquez, Gerardy Garcia, and Angel Carrillo. While detaining a male attempting to flee the scene in a Nissan sedan (Carrillo), the deputy observed Marquez strike Garcia in the face.

None of the parties were compliant and did not want any charges pressed for the altercation. However, due to the disturbance of the matter, Marquez and Garcia were placed into custody and transported to CCSO booking where they were charged with Disorderly Conduct, while Carrillo Angel was charged with Underage Consumption at CCSO intake.
