ACCORDING TO A REPORT FROM THE TENNESSEE HIGHWAY PATROL: On Sunday, a 2005 Honda Accord driven by 83-year-old Beverly Jean Kilby was traveling North on Dunbar Road. Her vehicle came around a curve and lost control, leaving the roadway to the right.

The Honda would travel into a ditch until it impacted an embankment causing it to go airborne and striking a standing tree on the right of the roadway. The vehicle overturned and came to a final rest there.

Kilby would sustain injuries, the extent of which are not detailed in the report.
