One person was arrested after a police chase in Blount County, Tennessee, initiated when deputies attempted to stop a suspected stolen car on Old Knoxville Highway. The driver fled, leading to a crash on Chapman Highway near Gov. John Sevier Highway.

The driver was taken into custody and faces multiple charges, while two passengers were released. One person in the other vehicle was hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries.

The Tennessee Highway Patrol is investigating the crash.
