An investigation is underway following an alleged armed robbery reported shortly after 3 p.m. this afternoon on Freeman Road in the Blair community near Oliver Springs.

According to initial information, one person contacted authorities and reported being robbed at gunpoint. The alleged suspect reportedly fled the scene before law enforcement arrived.
The sheriff’s office is investigating the incident. No injuries were reported, and the investigation remains ongoing.
