• 2026 DUI and Crash: In July 2026, Officer Justin Mote investigated a two-vehicle collision on US Highway 127 North. Authorities report Potter crossed into southbound traffic, later showing signs of impairment and performing poorly on field sobriety tests. He consented to a blood draw at the scene.
