WARTBURG CENTRAL HIGH SCHOOL CLEARED FOLLOWING INVESTIGATION INTO REPORTED THREAT
Law enforcement agencies cleared Wartburg Central High School late Thursday evening following a reported threat made to the Morgan County E-911 Center.
According to the Morgan County Emergency Management Agency (EMA), emergency responders and law enforcement thoroughly searched the campus and confirmed there were no legitimate threats to students or staff.
The incident is currently under investigation by the Morgan County Sheriff’s Office. Due to the active nature of the investigation, officials have not released further details.
