Cory Justin Clark, 39, is scheduled for a court appearance in Cumberland County Circuit Court following his indictment on a felony charge of sexual exploitation of a minor.

According to the court docket, the upcoming hearing is set for October 27, 2026. Clark’s bond remains set at $150,000, with Kevin R. Bryant listed as his defense attorney.

The case stems from an August 2026 grand jury indictment alleging that Clark unlawfully possessed material depicting a minor engaged in sexual activity on or about November 29, 2023. The prosecution is being handled by District Attorney General Bryant C. Dunaway, with Investigator Jon Wirey of the Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office leading the investigation.
