Crossville police successfully arrested two wanted suspects early Tuesday morning, October 28, 2026, following a multi-jurisdictional alert out of Morgan County.

Officers spotted a blue Jeep Renegade matching a BOLO (Be On the Lookout) description traveling inbound on Highway 127 North around 2:04 a.m. The vehicle was flagged after Morgan County authorities initiated warrants for aggravated assault—with potential upgrades to attempted homicide—against the occupants, identified as Zachary Blizzard and Jasmin Stephens.

Backed by Sgt. Henson, the reporting officer conducted a high-risk felony traffic stop near the 711 location. Both suspects were taken into custody without further incident, despite a brief moment of non-compliance when Blizzard pulled his hands back into the vehicle before following commands.

During a consensual search of Blizzard, officers recovered two pipes and a grinder. A Morgan County deputy subsequently arrived on the scene to take over the primary investigation, seizing the drug paraphernalia. The vehicle was towed back to Morgan County, and both Blizzard and Stephens were transported to the Morgan County Jail to face their pending charges.
