The Roane County Board of Education will hold their August meeting Thursday night. Agenda items include recognition of new administrators, an ESSA update, a report from the Safety Committee and approval of the Harriman and Oliver Springs High Schools cooperative agreement in girl’s volleyball for the 2017-18 season. The meeting begins at 7 PM EST in the boardroom at the Edward E. Williams Building in Kingston.
