BUCKHOLTZ GETS 8 YEAR PRISON TERM IN DRUG DEATH OF TWO BROTHERS
Brittany Buckholtz the wife of Vincent Buckholtz received an 8-year prison sentence following her husband’s sentencing who recently received an 8-year prison sentence for his role in selling oxycodone pills laced with fentanyl, which afterwards led to the death of the two Crass brothers aged 17 and 19 in Rockwood back in 2022. Vincent Buckholtz was given an 8-year prison sentence for his plea agreement 3weeks ago in a Roane County courtroom after being indicted. Now his wife Brittany also will receive an 8-year prison sentence for her role in the alleged overdose deaths of the two brothers as she was charged with doing the financing for the purchase of the pills which led to the death of the two brothers and again has received according to 9th District Attorney General Russell Johnson’s office a plea agreement to stay behind bars 8 years. We received word 2 weeks ago from the DA that her plea would be forthcoming when we were at the Office of DA Russell Johnson to interview him and his team about The Grays cases. The case against both Vincent and Brittany Buckholtz was handled by and prosecuted by the team involving both Ada Kristen Curtis and assistant district attorney Jonathan Edwards also assisted and handled by the overdose task force which included the Roane County Sheriff’s Office TBI and 9th district attorney General’s office
