Rhonda Phillips, age 63, of Harriman, passed away Tuesday April 17, 2018. She is survived by two sons: James Luffman and Terry Russell; daughter: Julie Russell; brother and sister-in-law: JR and Gail York; sister: Donna Smith; seven grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, friends and loved ones. The family will have a graveside service Friday April 20, 2018 at 2 p.m. in the Piney Grove Cemetery.
