Two brothers have been indicted after reportedly pretending to be licensed contractors. The TBI began looking into 37-year-old Jonathan Presley and 45-year-old Warren Presley and their business EPM Handyman Services. During the investigation, the TBI learned the brothers had been paid to build a garage in Anderson County, but never finished the job. Both will be arraigned soon in court on the charge.
