A woman has been indicted by a Roane County grand jury for statutory rape. Court documents say 20-year-old Ashton Marcee Nomichith has sexual intercourse with a person at least 13 but less that 15 years old back in March of this year. She was taken to the Roane County jail yesterday and initially placed under $10,000 bond.
