ARREST MADE AFTER STOLEN VEHICLE DISCOVERED

Cumberland County deputies recently responded to a residence on College Street in Crab Orchard for a report of a suspicious subject. Officers later found that person, 24-year-old Andrew Lamar Edward Martin-Busher of Lynchburg, Virginia next to the Citgo store. A check of the vehicle that he allegedly drove returned stolen out of Amherst County, Virginia. According to the report, Martin-Busher gave conflicting stories about how he was in possession of the stolen vehicle. He was arrested and charged with theft between $10,000 and $60,000 and theft under $500.
