ARRESTS MADE FOLLOWING DISTURBANCE AT HOME

Cumberland County deputies responded to a disturbance at a Webb Loop residence recently. Officers arrived to see multiple subjects running away from the home in what turned out to be a party. Deputies noticed an odor of marijuana coming from inside the residence and when one officer tried to enter, the door was shut on his hand. Officers arrested 20-year-old Nicholas Lee Padgett of Crossville for assault and evading arrest. Also taken into custody was 20-year-old Danny Harold-Jacob Bilyeu of Crossville for disorderly conduct and resisting arrest and 18-year-old Kailey Marie Abney of Crossville for disorderly conduct. Another subject was cited for contributing to the delinquency of minors and underage consumption of alcohol. According to the arrest report, two 17-year-old females were in the home under the influence.
