A Cumberland County grand jury today indicted a man stemming from the death of a woman. Stacey Austin, age 37, is charged with voluntary manslaughter and attempting to tamper with evidence. He is accused of the shooting death of 55-year-old Teresa Faye Austin at a home on Neverfail Road in June of this year. Austin will be arraigned in criminal court on September 14, 2018.
