Crossville police responded to West Avenue at the Five Points intersection late Monday afternoon for a man standing in the middle of the road.

The report states that 28-year-old Brandon P. Boswell of Crossville was trying to hit and punch vehicles.

Boswell allegedly broke the front windshield of a vehicle and hit another automobile with a chain.

Boswell was arrested for vandalism and resisting arrest.
