Cumberland County Director of Schools Janet Graham announced today that Kim Bray will be the new Human Resources Supervisor for the school system. Bray has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, Finance, and Management as well as a Master of Business Administration from Tennessee Tech University. She has been part of an executive management team that has allowed her valuable experience in human resource services, developing and implementing processes and systems, with an emphasis on employee training and development.
