A fugitives run from the law ended in Cumberland County yesterday. The arrest report states 35-year-old Louie Douglas Clements, listed as homeless, came to the sheriff’s department to surrender. He was wanted out of state for burglary with a full extradition. Clements was processed into the jail to wait for authorities in Geneva, Alabama near the Florida line to come pick him up.
