POSSIBLE BURGLARY RESULTS IN ARREST OF AGUSTI AND KEARLEY

Cumberland County deputies responded to a home on the 3,000 block of Highway 127 South this week for a possible burglary. The owner stated she drove by to check on the property to observe an unknown Dodge truck parked there. She supposedly encountered 33-year-old Ann Marie Agusti of Crossville coming out the rear door, got into the passenger side of the vehicle and departed from the scene. Soon after, officers pulled the automobile over matching the truck in the incident on West Avenue. They arrested Agusti and the driver, 48-year-old Bret Allen Kearley, for criminal trespassing. A search of the truck reportedly revealed a digital scale, drugs and $546 in cash. Kearley was additionally charged with driving on a revoked license, manufacture, sale and delivery of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
