October 4, 2016 – Charter Spectrum business phone customers have been experiencing service issues since 9:03 AM EDT.  No explanation has been offered as customers reportedly only receive a pre-recorded message when they call.  As of 2:00 pm EDT, some Charter customer in the western states have had phone service restored, however most business customers in the Southeast still have no phone service.
