The Harriman Police Department took 29-year-old Marcella Copeland into custody Wednesday night for a charge of continuous sexual abuse of a child. She was taken to the jail in Kingston and initially placed under a $50,000 bond. Copeland is scheduled to make her first court appearance in Roane County General Sessions October 13, 2020.
