COUNCIL APPROVES WATER LEVEL DROP FOR HOLIDAY LAKE
The Crossville City Council approved a plan last night to lower the water level at Holiday Lake to provide landowners a chance to do maintenance on shore lines and boat docks. The levels would not drop under a maximum of 48 inches starting October 1 and be held that way for three months. It would not be done at the same time as Lake Tansi dropping their levels and notice would be sent to property owners on the lake to give them time to prepare. The council will review dropping the level of the lake each year afterwards.
