Crossville Police were called to the Circle K Travel Plaza Sunday for a counterfeit $20 bill. An employee stated that the bill was passed by a white female with long, dark hair, wearing jeans, a white shirt and black jacket. She used the bill to pay for gasoline. The clerk recognized the bill to be a fake and when the employee went to summon the manager, the unknown suspect left the store. A video surveillance tape is under review.
